Shipping & Returns


Here at The Doll Hair Emporium we understand that our creative cusomers need their products quickly.

We do offer expediated delivery but we endeavour to ship your orders within 24hours of receiving it. 

This is not a guarantee but an aspiration which we hit 99% of the time.

We offer standard and tracked shipping across the UK and Worldwide.

We usually send using Paypal labels so please make sure your details are correct at the time of purchase.

If you are an international customer and choose to send your goods untracked then we cannot be responsible for missing packages once they have left the UK.


We will happily  refund any packs of hair that remain unopened within 21 days of purchase.

Customers will pay the return postage.

We will also replace or refund any faulty items.

With our collectors doll that are NRFB (never removed from box) we will only exchange or refund if the doll has not been taken out of the box unless it is faulty.

Once out of the box it is no longer in its original saleable state and we are unable to resell it at its original value.
